Citizens for Health was formed by a group of ordinary people who believed that good health is a right. Over 120 million Americans regularly use dietary supplements, eat organic foods or visit alternative medical practitioners. Collectively, we represent the largest, yet-unorganized consumer movement in the country.

Harvest eating is a multi-media website designed to guide people through the harvest seasons and to learn cooking with organic and natural foods. The site features short how-to videos of seasonal cooking along with video tips, resources and up-to-date articles about nutrition, fitness, weight loss success strategies, cooking advice and more. Chef Keith Snow has started weekly podcasts to help consumers cook their freshly bought sustainable food.
The goal of Nutritionfocus.org is to provide easy-to-understand nutrition and wellness information and resources that are especially designed for natural product retailers and health-conscious consumers. In addition to offering a comprehensive health database, the site is continually being updated with the latest health news, scientific studies, and other helpful content pertaining to vitamins, minerals, herbs, and overall wellness.
The Eat Well Guide is a free, online directory of sustainably raised meat, poultry, dairy and eggs from farms, stores, restaurants, inns and hotels, and online outlets in the US and Canada. Consumers simply enter their zip or postal code to find local products that were raised sustainably, including no antibiotics, no added hormones, pasture-raised, grass-fed and organic. Scores of new listings are being added on a continual basis.
HSIS is an educational program, which has been set up to present the facts about health supplementation in a simple, straightforward way. HSIS aims to eliminate much of the confusion and to give people all the data they need about a particular nutrient, and in so doing allow them to make their own decisions about health maintenance.
