Fruity Soy Shake - 2 servings

  • 1 cup vanilla frozen yogurt
  • 1 cup canned peaches, or canned pears, including syrup
  • 1/8 tsp vanilla extract, or almond extract, to taste

Place ingredients in a blender. Mix well and chill before serving.
