Asian Macaroni and Cheese - 4 servings

  • 1/2 lb elbow macaroni
  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 3/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 tsp Chinese hot oil

Cook macaroni, with soy sauce, in a large pan of boiling water 8-10 minutes until al dente. Drain. Stir in cheese, oil and pepper to taste.
