Broiled Swordfish - 4 servings

Preparation: 10 min. Cooking: 10 min. Total: 20 min.
  • 2 lbs swordfish steak, 1 in. thick
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp anchovy paste, optional
  • 1/2 lemon, cut into wedges

Turn on broiler. Brush both sides of swordfish with some of the melted butter. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Broil on highest level 5 minutes. Turn, pour on 1 Tbsp butter and broil another 4-5 minutes. Combine remaining butter (with anchovy paste if desired) and pour over fish. Serve with lemon wedges.
