Green Beans with Lemon - 4 servings

Preparation: 5 min. Cooking: 10 min. Total: 15 min.
  • 1 lb green beans, trimmed and cut into 2 in. pieces
  • 2 tsp unsalted butter
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice

Place green beans in a steamer basket over boiling water. Cover saucepan and steam 8-10 minutes or until just tender. Drain, add butter, lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste and toss.
