2 tsp rosemary, crushed, or 2 Tbsp fresh, chopped

2 sirloin steaks, about 4 oz each
Prepare grill or broiler. Combine crushed peppercorns and rosemary in a bowl. Press pepper mixture into both sides of steaks. Grill or broil 4 minutes per side for medium done meat.
