Garlic Onions - 4 servings

  • 2 medium onions
  • 3/4 oz unsalted butter
  • 2-2/3 Tbsp oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1-1/3 Tbsp chives, chopped

Peel and cut onions into 8 wedges. Melt butter and oil in a heavy nonstick pan over medium high heat. Add garlic and onions and cook 5-6 minutes, or until tender. Sprinkle with chives. Serve hot.
