Broccoli and Onion Stir-Fry - 4 servings

  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tsp vegetable oil
  • 1 medium onion, cut in wedges
  • 3/4 lb broccoli florets
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp chili sauce, sweet
  • 1 Tbsp cilantro, chopped

Heat oils in wok or frying pan over high heat. Add broccoli and onions, and stir-fry 8-10 minutes, stirring frequently until just tender. Remove from heat. Stir in remaining ingredients and serve.
